A WORD ABOUT INTUITIVE HEALING
I HAVE NO "SPECIAL POWERS" INTUITIVE HEALING CAME FROM OVER TWENTY YEARS OF PRACTICE. LIKE RIDING A BIKE, ITS SIMPLY A SKILL SET I HAVE PRACTICED AND ACQUIRED OVER TIME.
LIFE AS A SINGLE MOM IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY CERTAINLY HELPED SHARPENED MY INTUITION.
I HAVE PRACTICED LISTENING TO IT; AND BENEFITTED TREMENDOUSLY. I HAVE PRACTICED MUFFLING IT, TO APPEASE SITUATIONS, TO NOT "STIR THE POT" AND SUFFERED RESULTING SETBACKS.
AND I DO HAVE A UNRELENTING TENACITY TO FIND SOLUTIONS FOR PEACE AND PAIN RELIEF.
"I JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH PAIN" IS NOT, HAD NOT AND WILL NEVER BE IN MY MINDSET.
AND I DO FIND THAT THE TENACITY AND CURIOUSITY HAS DELIVERED A LOT OF VALUE FOR MYSELF, MY FAMILY AND MY CLIENTS.
This is the optional about me section- if you don't know me and you found me on google, you might find it valuable. If you are short on time- go ahead skip and move to SERVICES tab. And you can always WHATSAPP me from anywhere in the world.
Seeking wholeness and wellness has been my lifelong endeavor. After college whilst living in Manhattan, I discovered Reiki practice and became certified as a Reiki Master in 1998. Then, after a shoulder and neck injury as a power yogi mom, I discovered and fell in love with Pilates. Pilates taught me about alignment and got out of pain. Since then I have travelled near and far to learn from various disciplines and teachers to hone my skills as a Pilates teacher. In seeking balance to the yin of Pilates I found the yang in becoming a certified russian kettlebell trainer.
Realizing the importance of incorporating nutrition both for my Pilates clients but more importantly for my family, I studied towards becoming a Holistic Health Coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in 2013. In 2015 my daughter and I experienced a number of profound sound healing sessions in Hong Kong, and since then I have studied with Master Satya Brat to incorporate the power of sound healing via tuning forks and Tibetan bells in my practice. That was my first segue into energy work, but I didn’t understand the profundity of working on that level until experiencing some loss a couple years later.
Between 2015 and 2017 I took a two year break from my practice to open and manage two restaurants with my ex husband and in between all of that birthed my third child Bodhi and experienced my second divorce. When I exited the restaurant business and rededicated to my wellness practice, I realized the toll my body had taken leaving PIlates for two years but also doing administrative and waitstaff work prenatal and postpartum without giving my body time to rest or recover on either end.
Along with PJ Mask, Thomas the Train and whoever is my son’s superhero of the day, body pain and aches also became fast friends and it didn’t take long to admit that no amount of Pilates or Yoga would undo pain from body trauma that is laden with emotional and mental imprints of anger, sadness, frustration and loss. This had led me to learning and working with Dr Kae Thompson-Lui on VoicePrints as a method to identify imbalances within the notes of one's voice.
In 2019 a pain-inspired pilgrimage culminated in moving up the consciousness ladder to learn medical intuition in Denver Colorado. I also got hooked up with some really great CBD oil grown on organic farms by really good peeps with big hearts for community building and giving, which you can find at the products link on this website.
In 2020 amidst the "pandemic" I had the honor to learn Storywork with Enlifted Coaching Founder Mr. Mark England, and Inherited Family Trauma coaching with Mr. Mark Wollyn, a disciple of the late Bert Hellinger who founded Family Constellations.
I am excited to integrate all that I have learnt on my personal path into a unique wholistic modality - addressing body mind and spirit- to serve all whom I have the great fortune to meet and walk with. Please feel free to reach out and say hi!
TOP: May 2016 Anticipating the opening of Gigi Italian Bistro resty #2 on Main Street. Heaviest I have ever weighed in my life at 180lbs on all 5"2 of me. BELOW: Lost most of the baby weight October 2017.
June 2018: Feeling thankful for second chances as my weight continued to normalize postpartum, and as the teens readjusted back to living life in momma's Queendom. But what you don't see here is the tremendous body aches and pains that I could not put my finger on no matter how much core strength and flexibility training I had between Bikram, Pilates and weight training.
