Then she became one herself...She took up yoga to calm her mind during two back to back pregnancies, but unfortunately injured her neck and shoulders after a year of practice. She not only found Pilates to rehab her injuries, she also regained her midsection tone back quickly with Pilates after exhausting other modailities including yoga, cardio and weight training. Pilates did it and she has been hooked ever since.
